<br /> 7 FENCING: Except as otherwise provided, the CUP area will be
<br /> enclosed by a four (4) foot welded wire fence. A fence will be

<br /> Reiner Road) and, except as otherwise provided, will be located
<br /> one foot inside of the right of way as constituted prior to the
<br /> conveyance of right of way to Burke. A house currently exists on
<br /> the SE corner of the CUP area. The fence to be built along the
<br /> east boundary line of the CUP area (and along Reiner Road) will
