`.1.-,\`/ <br /> `I *giant, <br /> DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN <br /> January 5, 1989 <br /> RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED AT RUTLAND TOWN BOARD MEETING - DECEMBER 22, 1988 <br /> "The Town Board of Rutland hereby approves appropriate changes in zoning and <br /> modification of the conditional use permit and deed restrictions for the racetrack <br /> property to allow dog racing subject to the condition that specific restrictions, <br /> limitations and other requirements in connection with the racetrack property be <br /> resolved to the satisfaction of the Town Board before this conditional approval can <br /> be finally effective." <br /> "The Town Chairman is directed to appoint a committee consisting of not less than <br /> three (3) nor more than five (5) Planning Commission or Town Board members to develop a <br /> list of limitations, restrictions, conditions or other requirements that it recommends <br /> be placed on the racetrack property in order to protect the public health, safety and <br /> general welfare of the town, as a condition of this rezoning approval. The Committee <br /> is authorized to work with the Town's legal counsel in this regard and is directed ,to <br /> make its recommendations to the Board by no later than (date to be determined) , 1989." <br /> "The Town Board directs the Town Attorney to draft, if possible, a resolution indicating <br /> support for Rutland Greyhound Park, Inc. 's application for a state parimutuel greyhound <br /> license under the guidelines set forth in 1562.05(3r) , Wis.
