or surfacing activity; (5) the location of all parking areas and <br /> points of ingress/egress to the Parcel; (6) location and <br /> description of perimeter fencing and gates for the Parcel; (7) a <br /> landscaping plan; (8) lighting plan; (9) signage plan; <br /> (10) stormwater management and erosion control plan; (11) the <br /> location and description of all related facilities, such as wells, <br /> sanitary sewage facilities, refuse collection areas, drainage <br /> facilities, etc. ; and (12) such other information as requested by <br /> the Town Board. <br /> The owners shall reimburse the Town of Rutland for all costs <br /> incurred, including but not limited to, engineering fees and town <br /> administrative costs in reviewing the site plan and any <br /> subsequent site plan change requests, site inspections, and <br /> enforcement. <br /> H. Adherence to Approved Site Plan Required. The location, <br /> type of construction, and specific use of all facilities and <br /> structures (existing and to be modified or newly constructed) <br /> shall be as indicated on the approved die plan: The owners must <br /> comply with and adhere to the approved site plan at all times. No <br /> construction or alterations or upgrades of any structures or <br /> facilities can be made on the Parcel at any time, nor can there be <br /> any changes in use contrary to those shown on the approved site <br /> plan, without prior written approval of the Rutland Town Board. <br /> All construction on the Parcel shall be in accordance with local <br /> and state building codes and all other applicable regulations. <br /> 1RUTLAND,G 4 <br /> e <br />
