DEED RESTRICTIONS ON LAND LOCATED <br /> IN TOWN OF RUTLAND, DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN <br /> WHEREAS Rutland Greyhound Park, Inc. (hereinafter referred <br /> to as 'Owner ' ) is the owner of the following described land in <br /> the Town of Rutland, Dane County, Wisconsin, to wit : <br /> SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 9; also the South 198 <br /> feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 9; also the <br /> West 200 feet of the North 874 . 5 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SW <br /> 1/4 of said Section 9, Town of Rutland, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin; <br /> WHEREAS Owner desires to place certain restrictions upon the <br /> above-described land (hereinafter referred to as "Parcel" ) to <br /> bind the current owners of the property and those who may acquire <br /> title hereafter; <br /> WHEREAS Owner agrees that these deed restrictions may be <br /> made a part of and incorporated by reference in the conditional <br /> use permit issued in conjunction with the Parcel in accordance <br /> with Dane County and Town of Rutland zoning approvals; <br /> WHEREAS Owner and its successors intend to establish and <br /> operate a dog racing track on the Parcel, and certain <br /> restrictions and conditions are required in order to regulate <br /> such use; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits <br /> passing to and from Owner and the parties named as beneficiaries <br /> Page 1 of 20 <br /> ZON9£; � ;c <br />
