payment to the town, Owner shall deposit, with the Town Clerk, <br /> security in a form and in an amount deemed acceptable to the <br /> Rutland Town Board, prior to any dog racing activity on the <br /> Parcel . Such security shall remain effective and available for <br /> use by the town for such period of time as deemed necessary by <br /> the Rutland Town Board. Owner further agrees that for purposes <br /> of securing payment to the County of Dane, Owner shall deposit, <br /> with the County Clerk, security in a form and in an amount deemed <br /> acceptable to the AELR Committee, prior to any dog racing <br /> activity on the Parcel. Such security shall remain effective and <br /> available for use by the County of Dane for such period of time <br /> as deemed necessary by the AELR Committee. <br /> F. No Waiver . The failure to enforce any of the provisions <br /> of these restrictions at any time shall not bar enforcement at a <br /> subsequent time. <br /> G. Severability. The invalidation of any one or more of <br /> the provisions of these restrictions by any court shall not <br /> affect any of the remaining provisions . <br /> H. Superseding Effect. These restrictions, when properly <br /> executed and recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds, are <br /> intended to replace and shall supersede the restrictions on this <br /> Parcel previously recorded at vol. 6039 of records, page 1, as <br /> document no. 1849050 . <br /> I .
