While your <br /> summary of the situation as it then stood is correct, as you <br /> know events have now conspired to change everyone ' s position. <br /> The result is that your client may now convey the remnant parcel <br /> (which was inadvertently omitted from the zoning petition) as <br /> part of the larger conveyance subject to the purchaser filing a <br /> new zoning petition for the remnant.
