In summary, as <br /> we understand, the inclusion of the small parcel along Maple Grove Drive which is <br /> still agricultural can be included as part of the certified survey map which mostly <br /> includes the new zoning, and that this procedure will not violate the Dane County <br /> zoning ordinance and result in a complaint against my client, Burr Weiland. <br /> As a result, the surveyor will now prepare the certified survey map to include the <br /> original parcel and add the small parcel along Maple Grove Drive, and at the same <br /> time omit part of the east part of the rezoned parcel to compensate for the small <br /> parcel on Maple Grove Drive to be included. This will result in an entire parcel <br /> as rezoned, but will include the small parcel along Maple Grove Drive and eliminate <br /> the corresponding amount of square footage on the east end of the rezoned parcel. <br /> If there are any problems, or if our understanding is not correct, please get in <br /> touch with me. <br /> Thank you for your assistance in this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> r I {, , <br /> -,James L.
