Township 6 North, Range 8 East. <br /> Lands in all parcels listed above are located in the Town of Verona, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED. That upon the completion <br /> of the landfill operation, the control of that site be transferred to the <br /> Park Commission and used in a manner that is consistent and corn- <br /> patible with the park and area development. <br /> Mr. Martin moved for adoption of Sub. Res. 1 to Res. 26. Sec- <br /> onded by Mr. Holmquist. <br /> • Affidavits had been filed and tlyc following persons addressed the <br /> Board concerning this resolution: <br /> Ralph Jacobs. Route #1, Verona <br /> James McKinnon, 212 Noel Way. Verona <br /> Donald R. Hyde. 208 Noel Way, Verona <br /> Harland F. Dahlk, 6985 Harmony Drive, Verona <br /> Francis Keller and Charles Itoum had also filed affidavits but <br /> did not wish to speak at this time. <br /> Mr. Martin moved to amend the substitute resolution by adding <br /> at the end of it: <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. That the land presently used for <br /> farming operations at the Hospital and home and being transferred <br /> in this resolution, shall continue to be used for this purpose as are <br /> tither Hospital and Home farm lands until such time as the Park <br /> Commission desires to develop such property, as is being transferred <br /> in this resolution. for park purposes. Hospital and Home officials shall <br /> be so notified prior to the beginning of any planting season. <br /> BE IT STILL. FURTHER RESOLVED. That the income from said <br /> farm operations shall be credited to the In:JIMA( and flume and not <br /> to the Park Commission. <br /> Seconded by Mr. I'ire. Motion prevailed unanimously for the <br /> amendments. <br /> Mr. fare moved for adoption of Sub. Res. I to Ices. 26 as amended. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Nashuld. Motion prevailed unanimously. <br />
