DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.8651 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Oregon. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: #8651 <br /> A parcel of land being the S 112 of the SE 114 of the NW 114,the S 112 of the SW 1/4 of the <br /> NE 114, and part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Oregon, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 34; thence along the South <br /> line of the NW 114 of Section 34, East 1320 feet to the Southwest corner of the SE 114 of <br /> said NW 114,also being the point of beginning;thence along the West line of said SE 1/4 of <br /> the NW 1/4,North,645 feet to the Northwest corner of the S 112 of said SE 114 of the <br /> NW 114; thence along the North line of said S 112, East, 1318 feet to the Northwest corner <br /> of the S 112 of said S 112 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 114, East, 1 320 feet to the East line of <br /> said SW 114 of the NE 114; thence along said East line, South, 657 feet to the Northeast <br /> corner of the NW 114 of the SE 114 of said Section 34; thence along the East line of said <br /> NW 114 of the SE 114, South, 542 feet;thence West 1321 feet to the West line of said NW <br /> 114 of the of said NW 114 of Section 34; thence along the South line of said NW 114, West, <br /> 1320 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1).That the building envelope for each lot be shown on the CSM <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
