DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.8651 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Oregon. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: #8651 A parcel of land being the S 112 of the SE 114 of the NW 114,the S 112 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 114, and part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Oregon, described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 34; thence along the South line of the NW 114 of Section 34, East 1320 feet to the Southwest corner of the SE 114 of said NW 114,also being the point of beginning;thence along the West line of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4,North,645 feet to the Northwest corner of the S 112 of said SE 114 of the NW 114; thence along the North line of said S 112, East, 1318 feet to the Northwest corner of the S 112 of said S 112 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 114, East, 1 320 feet to the East line of said SW 114 of the NE 114; thence along said East line, South, 657 feet to the Northeast corner of the NW 114 of the SE 114 of said Section 34; thence along the East line of said NW 114 of the SE 114, South, 542 feet;thence West 1321 feet to the West line of said NW 114 of the of said NW 114 of Section 34; thence along the South line of said NW 114, West, 1320 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. 1).That the building envelope for each lot be shown on the CSM CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
