DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8652 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Oregon. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER:8652 <br /> Part of the S 112 of the SE 114 of the NE 114,part of the NE 114 of the SE 114,of Section 34, <br /> part of the S 112 of the SW 114 of the NW 114, and part of the NW 114 of the SW 114 of <br /> Section 35, all located in the Town of Oregon,described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> West quarter corner of said Section 35; thence along the South line of the NE 114 1314 feet <br /> to the centerline of Glenway Road; thence along said centerline, North, 82 feet; thence <br /> continuing along said centerline, Northeasterly, 242 feet; thence Northeasterly, 399 feet; <br /> thence Southeasterly,408 feet; thence Northeasterly, 131 feet; thence along the North line <br /> of the S 112 of the SE 114 of the NE 114,East,767 feet to the East line of Section 34; thence <br /> along the North line of the S 112 of the SW 114 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 35,East, 657 <br /> feet;thence South, 781 feet;thence West, 1980 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> -a <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1) The proposed east most lot is not included in the rezoning. <br /> 2) The building envelope must be shown on the Certified Survey Map. <br /> 3) The existing access must be used as the access to this property. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> ,, -\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
