PETITION NO. <'. `t PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF COTTAGE GROVE TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 5 , Town of Cottage Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the RH-2 Rural Homes District to the R-1A Residential, RH-1 Rural District. domes Pet. #4350: Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: TO R-1A: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section 5, thence S 00° 18' 00" West, 1,276.16 feet along the West line of said quarter section to the Northwest corner of said Certified Survey Map #5257, and the point of beginning. Thence continuing along the West line of said quarter Section S 00° 18' 00" West, 265.23 feet; thence North 88° 42' 35" East 301.29 feet to the West right-of-way line of Meadowlark Street, thence running with said West right-of-way line N 00° 21' 31" East, 239.50 feet to a point of curve; thence along arc of said curve to the left, said curve having a radius 25.00 feet, a central angle of 91° 38' 56", and a chord which bears N 45° 27' 57" West, 35.86 feet to the South right-of-way line of Gaston Road; thence S 88° 42' 35" West, 275.86 feet to the point of beginning.
