PETITION NO. <'. `t <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 5 , Town of Cottage Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the RH-2 Rural Homes District to the <br /> R-1A Residential, RH-1 Rural District. <br /> domes <br /> Pet. #4350: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: TO R-1A: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast <br /> quarter of said Section 5, thence S 00° 18' 00" West, 1,276.16 feet along the <br /> West line of said quarter section to the Northwest corner of said Certified <br /> Survey Map #5257, and the point of beginning. Thence continuing along the <br /> West line of said quarter Section S 00° 18' 00" West, 265.23 feet; thence <br /> North 88° 42' 35" East 301.29 feet to the West right-of-way line of Meadowlark <br /> Street, thence running with said West right-of-way line N 00° 21' 31" East, <br /> 239.50 feet to a point of curve; thence along arc of said curve to the left, <br /> said curve having a radius 25.00 feet, a central angle of 91° 38' 56", and a <br /> chord which bears N 45° 27' 57" West, 35.86 feet to the South right-of-way <br /> line of Gaston Road; thence S 88° 42' 35" West, 275.86 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. TO RH-1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast <br /> quarter of said Section 5, thence S 00° 18' 00" West, 1,508.38 feet along the <br /> West line of said quarter Section to the point of beginning; thence continuing <br /> along the West line of said quarter section S 00° 18' 00" West, 325.59 feet to <br /> the North right-of-way line of Robin Street, thence with said North <br /> right-of-way line N 88° 26' 15" East, 286.00 feet to a point of curve; thence <br /> along the arc of said curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 15.51 <br /> feet, a central angle of 88° 04' 44" and a chord which bears N 44° 23' 53" <br /> East, 21.57 feet to the West right-of-way line of Meadowlark Street; thence <br /> with said West right-of-way line N 00° 21' 31" East, 309.18 feet; thence S 88° <br /> 42 ' 30" West, 301.29 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
