F) ARCHEOLOGY
1 ) Phil Solkin, the archeologist who worked on Lake
Farms Park , will be contacted to survey Lots 1-3
before any excavation occurs . In the unlikely
event that something of significance is found,
it will be donated to the Parks department for
display.
G) WATER QUALITY
1 ) The present zoning allows for animals and their
waste, plowing/fertilizing the land, and three
dwellings with outdated septic systems, all on
the lake . The proposed CSM will result in three
new up-to-date septic systems with the majority
of the land remaining in a woods/prairie state
which will be a better guarantee of water quality.
It is easy for us to understand the reluctance to allow the building
of three homes on land which could become future park property.
However, our land will NOT be sold and will soon be the site of our
home with or without a zoning change . Therefore , at this point,
public use is not a consideration. We feel that our proposals will
do a better job of protecting and improving the land than does its
current A-1 non-conforming zoning. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Tim and Sandy Docter
" `a-? (AA , in c\
v\A 2 Q€ v'v\ ■/\ ✓e k a to
I 1
 2S- .0S.3
