Motion Carried (6-0) . <br /> (1) Surface and Ground Water <br /> Inspection of the existing septic systems should be made <br /> to determine proper functions. Concern exists that present <br /> systems m4y be failed and contaminants saturating the ground <br /> and entering the nearby lake water. The well water supply <br /> should be checked and a determination made for structural <br /> condition as well as health concerns. <br /> Surface water should be diverted from the mounds in the <br /> construction planning phase and that there be strict <br /> compliance to erosion codes so as to preclude runoff and or <br /> siltation of the lake. <br />
