Aimee <br /> We, the undersigned, are opposed to a request to rezone a 9.8 acre parcel at <br /> T7N R10E of section 32, petitioned by the prospective buyer, Dr. Tim Docter <br /> (petition # 4391 of December 13, 1988 Public Hearing) from Al exclusive to R1 for <br /> the purpose of development. The current zoning of Al exclusive would allow the <br /> prospective buyer to build a single dwelling on the parcel. <br /> The parcel in question is located at the end of Libby Rd. , adjacent to Lake <br /> Farm County Park and bordered by Lake Waubesa. The Williamson Mound Group, <br /> consisting of 5 effigy mounds and 1 conical mound, is located on this land. The <br /> majority of the 9.8 acre parcel is currently in wilderness condition, especially as <br /> viewed from Lake Waubesa and the adjacent Lake Farm Park. It is one of the last <br /> remaining pieces of undeveloped shoreline on lake Waubesa.
