Harold Burdsall ' s property is located at 9350 <br /> Union Valley Road, Black Earth, Wisconsin (Town of Cross <br /> Plains) . Harold Burdsall and Thomas M. and Sue Ann Pyper <br /> are now requesting that the Town of Cross Plains approve a <br /> rezoning of the following two acre parcel so that Thomas <br /> and Sue Ann Pyper may build a home. <br /> "Part of the NE 1/4 , NW 1/4 , Section 7, T7N, R7E, Town <br /> of Cross Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully <br /> described as follows: Commencing at NW Corner of said <br /> Section 7; thence 50° 54 ' 20" W 1316 . 32 ' ; thence N 89° <br /> 59 ' 40" E 1434 ' ; thence North 140 ' to point of <br /> beginning; thence North 296 ' ; thence East 296 ' ; thence <br /> South 296 ' ; thence West 296 ' to point of beginning, <br /> containing two acres . " <br /> Application for rezoing approval has been made to the <br /> Town of Cross Plains. On November 21, 1988, at a Town of <br /> Cross Plains Board meeting, approval by the Township was <br /> granted. The Township also approved issuance of an access <br /> permit when construction is commenced. <br /> Attached is a copy of the drawing made by the <br /> surveyor, Thom R. Grenlie, from Verona. The drawing <br /> indicates where the RH-i parcel is located in the 39 acres <br /> (the 39 acre parcel is indicated by the cross-hatch lines) . <br /> Also attached is an aerial photo of the land. The 39 <br /> acre parcel is outlined in blue. Union Valley Road is <br /> indicated by arrows. The driveway access from Union <br /> Valley Road is marked in red. It begins at Union <br />
