Valley Road and follows a field road that is already
roughly constructed, travels a short distance across a
field and joins again with another field road, also
already roughly constructed.
The two acre parcel is indicated by a red-lined,
cross-hatched square. As you can see, it is in a wooded
area and construction will not disturb any tillable land.
Land use within 300 feet of the property proposed to be
rezoned is wooded recreational, pasture and a short,
approximately ten foot strip of tillable land. Morever,
the building site in the two acre parcel falls generally
in a natural clearing, so that very few trees will need to
be cleared to build the house. Only trimming will be
necessary for constructing the road.
The septic system has been approved for a mound
construction. It is indicated on the areal photo by a red
mark below the building site. Because it is downhill from
the building site, the septic will use the natural gravity
flow to insure its efficiency.
Construction of the road, well, septic, utility hookup
and the home is tentatively set for Spring, 1989, with
completion in the fall. Construction will not take place,
however, until the Pypers ' present home is sold. Purchase
of the property and rezoning of the two acre parcel is not
contingent on sale of the Pyper property.
0903I
2
