•
Conditional Use Permit Request for Nelson property
Page -2-
3. The site provides access to County Highway 'A' and
to the State Highway 51 Interchange for our trucking
needs.
d. Land uses within 300 feet
The site is bordered on the-west by two commercial esta-
blishments.
1. A machine and tool shop operated by Mr. Peter
Burno.
2. A storage warehouse operated by the Marling Lumber
Company.
The other sides are bordered by farmland and the Inter-
state Highway.
e. Haul roads
We propose to use access thru the right of way fence onto
the east bound land for approximately 35 per-cent of the
trucking. The remainder of the trucking will be done on
County Highway 'A' to the Interstate Highway Intersections
with Highways 51 and 73.
f. Restoration plan
Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc. will strip and stockpile the
topsoil from all areas of work. Upon completion of the
project all equipment will be removed, the site will be
cleaned up and all pile bases, excess material and roads
will remain for future use by owner.
The attached site plan documents, detail the location and pro-
posed operating plant of the site.
