ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4373 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BURKE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4373: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Burke described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 5; thence Southerly <br /> 1,071.84 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue Southerly 1,723.00 <br /> feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Interstate 90 and 94; thence N 44° <br /> 32' 00" West along said Northerly right-of-way line 358 feet; thence continue <br /> along said right-of-way line N 56° 46' 46" West, 306.70 feet; thence continue <br /> along said right-of-way line N 44° 32' 00" West, 1,288.00 feet to a point of <br /> curvature; thence Northwesterly along a curve to the right and along said <br /> Northerly right-of-way line to a point that is 1,003.00 feet South of the <br /> North line of the Northwest quarter of said Section 5 and on the Easterly <br /> right-of-way line of Interstate 90 and 94, said curve has a radius of 854.00 <br /> feet; thence N 01° 57' 00" East, non-tangential to the last described curve, <br /> 817.00 feet; thence Northeasterly 84.00 feet to the Southerly right-of-way <br /> line of STH 19; thence Easterly along said right-of-way line 90.00 feet to a <br /> point of curvature; thence Easterly along said curve and along said Southerly <br /> right-of-way line to a point that is 1,050.00 feet West of the East line of <br /> the Northwest quarter of said Section 5, said curve has a radius of 4,483.66 <br /> feet; thence North 89° 39' 53" East along said Southerly right-of-way line, <br /> 220.00 feet, thecne S 00° 20' 07" East, 85.00 feet; thence S 89° 39' 53" West, <br /> 220.00 feet; thence S 00° 20' 07" East, 343.00 feet; thence N 89° 39' 53" <br /> East, 330.00 feet; thence S 00° 48' 16" East, 486.30 feet; thence Easterly <br /> 711.30 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
