Page 2 <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4373 <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Use of the property is limited to the following: <br /> 1. All uses permitted in the C-1 Commercial district as of 6/3/91 and <br /> as specified by Section 10.13 Dane County Code of Ordinances with <br /> the exception of 10.13 (1)(g) rooming and boarding houses. (see <br /> attached copy) <br /> 2. All uses permitted in the C-2 Commercial district as of 6/3/91 and <br /> as specified by Section 10.14 Dane County Code of Ordinances with <br /> the exception of Sections 10.14 (1) (e), (f) , (g) , (h) , (i) , (k) , <br /> (1), (0), (p), (q) , and (r) . (see attached copy) <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
