The motion was <br /> tabled until the next Plan Commission meeting on May 22nd. <br /> Glenn Hovde Preliminary plat on Hwy 19 . This plat will also <br /> need to be rezoned to C-2 . Discussion of deed restrictions (Jil <br /> on the C-2 zoning for this plat . Conditional Use for <br /> contract- . e.ui .ment . <br /> Dave moved to recommend approval of the Preliminary • a - <br /> Hwy 19 with the deed restrictions noted above , seconded by <br /> Walt , motion carried. <br /> Glenn would like the Town to be represented at the Ag Zoning <br /> Committee when the zoning for this plat is taken up, at the <br /> County Board and the R. P. C . as it goes through the process . <br /> Dave Schmidt reported that Mr. Renk had been in to see the <br /> Board regarding the development of the North Addition to the <br /> Ledges . There was concern about finishing the roads before <br /> the heavy trucks are through driving off and on the road. <br /> Specifications need to require 2 inch binder instead of <br /> finished coat for roads , and an agreement need to set up for <br /> the finish coat . <br /> Discussion of Culverts - Ken moved to recommend the Board <br /> change the Town Ordinance that the Town no longer puts in <br /> the driveway culverts , but requires a qualified contractor <br /> to install them, seconded by Gordie , Roll Call Vote : <br /> Gordie aye , Ken aye , John P. No , John W, aye , Dave aye , <br /> Walt aye , Joann abstained. <br /> Ken moved to recommend that the Town Board approve the roads <br /> with the 2" binder, that $1 , 500 . is deposited with the Town <br /> Treasurer for Engineering expenses , and that there is money <br /> escrowed in an interest bearing account to finish the <br /> streets . The escrowed money will have to be part of the <br /> developers agreement which will require the money up front , <br /> seconded by Walt , motion carried . <br /> John Wood petition #5066 Atty. Gary Hebl representing Mr. <br /> Wood . The problem that happened was certified letters were <br /> sent to Jerry Wood at the wrong address and the letters were <br /> never received , as they were returned to Bill Fleck. Jerry <br /> was not aware that the Deed Restriction had to be recorded. <br /> Atty Hebl has talked with Bill Fleck and this petition is <br /> exactly the same as last year . In regards to the plantings , <br /> most of them have been done , the other will be planted <br /> tomorrow or at least within the next 30 days . <br />
