There was discussion of the items that the Planning Commission and Mr. Hovde agreed to removed from the County C-1 & C-2 zoning districts , by deed restrictions . Hovde, seconded by Mr. Simpson, motion carried. Jerry Wood Jr. C. S .M. on Reiner Road. There was discussion of the officially mapped right of ways on Reiner and Burke C Roads being included on the survey. 60 ft on Reiner and 40 ft on Burke. The Town Board requested that a letter be drafted regarding the C-2 zoned land next to this C.S.M. and across the street from this C. S.M. so that it is understood that C-2 zoned land is currently around this C. S.M. , and that the Town Board strongly recommends that the natural berm between this C. S.M. and the C-2 zoned land to the North remain as a buffer. This letter is to be signed by the owner of the property as an acknowledgment and by the Town Board, be notarized and filed with the County. Mr. Schmidt moved approval of the C. S .M. subject to the R.O.W. and the letter, seconded by Mr. Simpson, motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT: Randy from Wolf paving was present to discuss the road situation on Acker Road in front of Ideal Crane on Acker at Hwy CV. Clerk to ask Attorney Bucaida if the Town can enter into a service contract, so someone could lay the asphalt down, with the Town purchasing the material . Engineer stated as long as the contract was in accordance with State Standard specifications he felt it would be alright. The question of if the Town can enter into a service contract needs to be answered by legal counsel . Mr. Simpson moved to approve work order #91-5-13 to do the work on Acker Road, seconded by Mr. Graff, motion carried. Wolf paving will call when ready to start . This job needs to be coordinated with the work Ideal Crane is doing on the driveway into the old Perkle building . (drawing attached)
