PAGE 2, TB MTG MIN 5/13/91 <br /> Discussion of a letter to Mr. Renk to send a check for <br /> $1500 . for the Engineering review of the North Addition to <br /> the Ledges . Treasurer will write the letter. <br /> Glenn Hovde reviewed his preliminary Plat of the Hwy 19 <br /> development . There was discussion of the items that the <br /> Planning Commission and Mr. Hovde agreed to removed from the <br /> County C-1 & C-2 zoning districts , by deed restrictions . <br /> Remove from C-1 10 . 13 (G) <br /> Remove from C-2 10 . 14 e , f , g-no contract machine , h, i , k, <br /> 1 , o , p, q, r. <br /> Don Mayo reviewed the process of where this preliminary plat <br /> is at the present time. Zoning Committee will have it <br /> befo A them nn May 29th. <br /> ‘:::::::mmr r moved to approve the preliminary Plat with the <br /> -2 uses being removed by deed restrictions as requested <br /> . Hovde, seconded by Mr. Simpson, motion carried. <br /> Jerry Wood Jr. C. S .M. on Reiner Road. There was discussion <br /> of the officially mapped right of ways on Reiner and Burke <br /> C Roads being included on the survey. 60 ft on Reiner and 40 <br /> ft on Burke. The Town Board requested that a letter be <br /> drafted regarding the C-2 zoned land next to this C.S.M. and <br /> across the street from this C. S.M. so that it is understood <br /> that C-2 zoned land is currently around this C. S.M. , and <br /> that the Town Board strongly recommends that the natural <br /> berm between this C. S.M. and the C-2 zoned land to the North <br /> remain as a buffer. This letter is to be signed by the <br /> owner of the property as an acknowledgment and by the Town <br /> Board, be notarized and filed with the County. Mr. Schmidt <br /> moved approval of the C. S .M. subject to the R.O.W. and the <br /> letter, seconded by Mr. Simpson, motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT: Randy from Wolf paving was present to <br /> discuss the road situation on Acker Road in front of Ideal <br /> Crane on Acker at Hwy CV. Clerk to ask Attorney Bucaida if <br /> the Town can enter into a service contract, so someone could <br /> lay the asphalt down, with the Town purchasing the material . <br /> Engineer stated as long as the contract was in accordance <br /> with State Standard specifications he felt it would be <br /> alright. The question of if the Town can enter into a <br /> service contract needs to be answered by legal counsel . <br /> Mr. Simpson moved to approve work order #91-5-13 to do the <br /> work on Acker Road, seconded by Mr. Graff, motion carried. <br /> Wolf paving will call when ready to start . This job needs <br /> to be coordinated with the work Ideal Crane is doing on the <br /> driveway into the old Perkle building . (drawing attached) <br />
