abandoned in accordance with all applicable state, <br /> county, federal, municipal and town regulations; <br /> (iv) rubbish containers and recycling bins shall be <br /> enclosed in masonry enclosures which shall be <br /> designed and constructed in a manner compatible <br /> with the exterior of buildings and other structures <br /> constructed on the Lots; <br /> (v) all signage shall be constructed and maintained in <br /> accordance with all applicable state, county and <br /> local ordinances and regulations; <br /> (vi) owners of Lots shall spend not less than $10, 000 on <br /> landscaping improvements for a Lot that is less <br /> than three (3) acres, and not less than $15, 000 for <br /> a Lot that is greater than three (3) acres; <br /> (vii) no fence or wall shall be erected or constructed <br /> upon any Lot without the prior written approval of <br /> the Developer; <br /> (viii) no wind-powered electric generators, exterior <br /> television or radio receiving or transmission <br /> antenna or satellite receiving station or dish <br /> shall be erected or placed on a Lot, or on any <br /> building or other structure constructed upon the <br /> Lot, without the prior written approval of the <br /> Developer; <br /> (ix) construction of any buildings, structures or other <br /> improvements on a Lot (including completion of <br /> landscaping and parking lots or areas) shall be <br /> diligently pursued and, in all events, shall be <br /> substantially completed by not later than nine (9) <br /> months after the issuance of necessary building <br /> permits, subject to delays occasioned by acts of <br /> God, weather, casualty, war, civil disturbance, <br /> shortage of materials or strike; <br /> (x) no personal property of an owner (or any other <br /> person occupying a building(s) on a Lot) shall be <br /> stored on a Lot except in an enclosed structure <br /> approved by the Developer; provided, however, that <br /> the foregoing prohibition shall not apply to <br /> personal property temporarily displayed for resale <br /> in the ordinary course of the owner ' s business <br /> (including motor vehicles, trailers and ancillary <br /> equipment held or displayed for resale or repair) <br /> and motor vehicles, trailers and ancillary <br /> equipment used by the owner or occupant of the Lot <br /> -6- <br />
