(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1)an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
October 7, 1991 - David Riesop found the entire area covered with a large brush and soil pile from removal of
fence lines. No stakes were found on parcels as shown on a 1963 survey by Alex Ely, Map No. 6021 or 1964
Dahlen Survey No. 3211 to Reset the corner. I excavated the area with a backhoe but found nothing. I reset
the corner with a 1 1/4" Iron Rod on the remains of an E-W fence, 359' east of the centerline of Veium Road as
per 1925 survey by R. Long, F.B. 53, Page 1. This location fits the extended centerline of Veium Road from
the North and is within 0.8' of Long's distance to the SE corner of the section.
January 10, 2002 - David Riesop found the area disturbed and reset the corner in the position he previously
set the corner and set new ties.
(j) I, Kevin C.
