Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residence District. <br /> Ptn #3522 <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Cottage Grove, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 19; thence S 0° <br /> 42' 42" E, 1323.53 feet along the west line of Section 19, thence N 85° 55' <br /> 20" E 834.43 feet along the South line of the North half of the NW 1/4, to the <br /> point of beginning. Thence continue N 85° 55' 20" E 122.83 feet along said <br /> South line, thence N 08° 25' W 234.20 feet; thence S 70° 05' W, 204.74 feet; <br /> thence S 31° 25' E 200.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
