The <br /> remaining land will continue in farm use. The County and Township's <br /> approval is pending. <br /> Police protection is furnished by Dane County and Cottage Grove. They <br /> report response time to be 5 to 7 minutes. <br /> School bus service to Cottage Grove Grade School, Winnequah Junior <br /> High School and Monona Grove High School is provided. <br /> Fire service is provided by Cottage Grove. They ,report response time <br /> to be 3 to 5 minutes. <br /> Sewer and water will be installed to code pending site approval. <br /> The proposed division will not create a burden on the park system. <br /> Access to the property will be provided by driveway pending approval <br /> by the Township as to its location.
