It is the position of all signatories that none of the standards <br /> will or can be complied with by the applicant and we respectfully request <br /> the County Board to reverse the decision of the Committee. <br /> This appeal is made by more than fifty per cent (50%) of the proper- <br /> ty owners within 300 feet of the parcel affected, and Exhibit B represents <br /> such property owners who reside within the Town of Madison, while Exhibit <br /> C represents such property owners who reside within the City of Madison. <br /> Respondents request that the granting of the Conditional Use Permit <br /> referred to in this Appeal be stayed during the pendency of this Appeal <br /> so that no demolition or construction can be allowed to occur until the <br /> County Board acts on this Appeal. <br />
