• ADDENDUM CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #462 • Madison Pentacostal Assembly Section 35, Town of Madison. • Appeal to County Board - December 19, 1985. County Board action on February 6, 1986 modified and replaced the conditions imposed by the Agriculture, Environment & Land Records Committee with the following conditions: • a) . A surface water runoff plan shall be submitted to Dane County and approved by the Dane County Agriculture, Environment and Land Records Committee, after recommendation from the appropriate staff, and the approved plan shall be implemented. b) . The church building plan (drawn by the Daniels Construction Company, dated January 22, 1986, drawing No. #2) shall be followed with the understandings that the siding shall not be of cinder block or industrial metal, that the West wall of the sanctuary shall be at least eight feet from the exterior wall of the building, and that the eater Lor walls shall .be .double -walls. . • c) . The site plan (drawn by the Daniels Construction Company, dated January 22, . 1986 drawing No. 1) shall be followed, with the understandings that the fence provided in the plan shall have a finished face to the outside of the church lot and that evergreen shrubs of a cost comparable to those included in the • plan shall be substituted for those provided in the plan in the area alongside the home of Warren and Marcella Dettringer if Mr. and Mrs. Dettinger so request by March 15, 1986. ?
