Eugene Johnson
Madison Pentacostal Assembly
3007 Ashford Lane
Madison, WI 53713
RE: Conditional Use Permit #462 - Madison Pentacostal Assembly.
Dear Rev. Johnson:
Richard Lehmann, attorney for the Nygard St. Neighborhood Group, has brought
to my attention that the Conditional Use Permit as provided to you is
incorrect with regard to Condition #2.
Condition #2 had orginally contained the requirement that the exterior
walls of the church shall be double walls 8" x 10' thick. It had been
my understanding that this requirement had been deleted, but a review
of the County Clerk's records discloses that only the reference to speci-
fic thickness, (8" x 10" thick) had been deleted from the language. I
have also checked with your attorney Jim Doyle, he agrees that the require-
ment for the double Wall construction was not deleted.
Therefore, please find enclosed a corrected copy of your Conditional Use
Permit pursuant to the action of the County Board as recorded in the offi-
cial records, Dane County Clerk's Office. I apologize for any confusion
caused.
We have issued a zoning permit for the church, but the plans submitted
do not include the structural detail, eg: double wall construction. Please
have your contractor provide us with a copy of the construction blue prints
for the church.
Thank you.
Very truly yours,
William Fleck,
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
CC: Attorney James Doyle
Attorney Richard Lehmann
WF:klw
Enclosure:
