•
Subject: 2891 Bible Camp Road
Good afternoon Kris,
I just spoke with Mark Wahlferd of Design Shelters, agent for Doug and Kate Barton (buyers for Dick
Harrison property) at 2891 Bible Camp Road. He had applied for a variance from the Town from minimum lot
area, setback to ordinary high water, and maximum lot coverage on August 18, 2008. The town approved this
variance with the condition that the surface water generated on this property shall not be directed to adjacent
properties. He called to clarify the exact meaning of this condition and I explained that the Town Board did not
want any new, extra water from the new house to go onto the neighboring properties but that the normal water
flow (before the new house was built) onto adjacent properties is allowed. He asked me to contact you to explain
the town's intentions. Do with this information what you will and if you have any questions feel free to e-mail me.
Have a great holiday!
Ben Kollenbroich
Town of Dunn
Acting Land Use Manager
608.255.4219 ext. 205
12/23/2008
