Altenberger Norbert Gilbertson Dear Planning Commission and Zoning Department, Please be advised that I represent Ervin W. Altenberger, Barbara J. Altenberger, and Norbert Gilbertson, who are seeking a change in the zoning of their property at the corner of County Trunk T and Felland Road, Town of Burke, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said property is described as Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Document #1443114, recorded September 15, 1975, Certified Survey Map of Dane County page #2074208. A copy of said survey is attached hereto and made a part of this request. At the present time, part of Lot 1 is zoned C-1 where a building exists at the present time, and is being used as a garden center. Said lot is owned by Ervin W. and Barbara J. Altenberger, husband and wife as joint tenants. It is their request that the entire parcel of Lot 1 be rezoned to C-2 commercial. Intended uses for the rezoned property by said owners will fall within Dane County Zoning Ordinance 10.14(1)(a), (1)(f), and (1)(h). Ervin Altenberger is a contractor and it is his intention to construct a building to house his equipment, supplies, and also to do repairs. This is to be done in the near future without any time table placed at this time and date. Norbert Gilbertson is sole owner of Lot 2, said property being presently zoned A-B. Mr. Gilbertson is requesting that Lot 2 of Certified Survey as described herein aboe, be rezoned to C-2. It is the intent of Mr. Gilbertson to construct mini-warehouses on Lot 2 as soon as weather permits. Said building will measure approximately 44' by 100' .
