Altenberger <br /> Barbara J. Altenberger <br /> Norbert Gilbertson <br /> Dear Planning Commission and Zoning Department, <br /> Please be advised that I represent Ervin W. Altenberger, Barbara <br /> J. Altenberger, and Norbert Gilbertson, who are seeking a change in the <br /> zoning of their property at the corner of County Trunk T and Felland Road, <br /> Town of Burke, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> Said property is described as Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey <br /> Document #1443114, recorded September 15, 1975, Certified Survey Map of <br /> Dane County page #2074208. A copy of said survey is attached hereto and <br /> made a part of this request. <br /> At the present time, part of Lot 1 is zoned C-1 where a building <br /> exists at the present time, and is being used as a garden center. Said <br /> lot is owned by Ervin W. and Barbara J. Altenberger, husband and wife as <br /> joint tenants. It is their request that the entire parcel of Lot 1 be <br /> rezoned to C-2 commercial. Intended uses for the rezoned property by said <br /> owners will fall within Dane County Zoning Ordinance 10.14(1)(a), (1)(f), <br /> and (1)(h). Ervin Altenberger is a contractor and it is his intention <br /> to construct a building to house his equipment, supplies, and also to do <br /> repairs. This is to be done in the near future without any time table <br /> placed at this time and date. <br /> Norbert Gilbertson is sole owner of Lot 2, said property being <br /> presently zoned A-B. Mr. Gilbertson is requesting that Lot 2 of Certified <br /> Survey as described herein aboe, be rezoned to C-2. It is the intent of <br /> Mr. Gilbertson to construct mini-warehouses on Lot 2 as soon as weather <br /> permits. Said building will measure approximately 44' by 100' . <br />
