RESOLUTION <br /> NOW THEREFORE, based on the above Recitals, the Town Board of the Town <br /> of Dunn resolves as follows: <br /> 1. Approval of Termination. The Town Board approves the termination of <br /> the Restrictions. <br /> 2. Authority to Execute Documents. The Town Chair and the Town <br /> Clerk/Treasurer are authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to terminate <br /> the Restrictions. <br /> This Resolution was duly adopted at a meeting by the Town Board of the Town <br /> of Dunn,Dane County, Wisconsin,held on Oct 11 2016 by a vote of 3 <br /> in favor, D opposed,and 0 not voting. <br /> APPROVED: <br /> Edmond .
