The easement is no longer needed <br /> and the landowner would like to remove the easement. <br /> OBSERVATIONS Mr. Parisi owns approximately 91 acres of land. A small portion of his property was rezoned for <br /> residential purposes in 1999 under zoning petition 7406. As part of the rezoning, a joint driveway easement was place <br /> on the property so that the future home site could be accessed from the driveway on the adjacent lands to the west. In <br /> 2005, the driveway was reconfigured so that the west side of the property could be cropped. The lands located south <br /> of the residence contain Class II soils. No other sensitive environmental features observed. <br /> TOWN PLAN: The property is located in the Agricultural Preservation Area. <br /> RESOURCE PROTECTION: The property is located outside the resource protection area. <br /> STAFF: In order to terminate the joint driveway, approvals are needed from both the Town and the County. <br /> TOWN: The Town has approved the termination of the joint driveway easement. <br />
