Attached is a copy of the agenda and staff report. <br /> The Staff Report contains suggested conditions from the Town of Springfield and the Dane County <br /> Land and Water Resource Department. The suggested conditions require specific actions on your part <br /> in order to retain the Conditional Use Permit. If approved, any violation of the conditions will be cause <br /> for revocation. <br /> Please review the suggested conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know so <br /> we can discuss them. <br /> The Zoning and Land Regulation Committee will also be made aware of an issue that is noted on the <br /> subdivision plat. When the subdivision plat was recorded, three sheds were to be removed from the <br /> property by August 1, 2008. The 2015 aerial photo shows that these structures have not been <br /> removed.
