You requested that the Wisconsin Department of Transportation allow you to <br /> construct the new driveway to Hwy. N 50 feet north of the location of the <br /> present driveway. <br /> The present driveway is immediately south of the access coritxol line <br /> purchased by this Department. I have reviewed the access control plat and <br /> have driven to the site to see first—hand the existing driveways and homes in <br /> the area in relation to the interchange ramps. <br /> Tn the interest of safe operation of the interchange, which is the reason. <br /> the access controls were purchased, I must deny your request. <br /> Dane County has control of the access on Hwy. N south of our purchased <br /> control. If the driveway needs to be moved, I suggest you consider moving it <br /> south.
