Skaar reported to the Lioard that he had contacted Larry Dahl of Laird and Assoc. , and that he will put together a package for a partial reassessment of property in the Township. The Board reviewed a letter from the Bank of Middleton regarding the Callateral assignment of Franchise aggreement for . the cable TV Co. After some discussion, a 'not ion was made by TN/SS to approve- the aggreement . Motion carried, The Cottage Grove Law Enforcement dept . wished to advertise for an eligeebility list for future employment for the Cottage Grove Police Dept . Resumes would be accepted until March 31 , 1986. A motion was made by SK/SS that the Clerk be authorized to place the ad. Motion carried. . The newsprint recycling ordahince was presented to the board for review by Sue Kittenger , A motion was made by FS/TN to put the ordanince on the agenda as a Special meeting for the next regular meeting to be held on March 17, 1986. Motion carried. Irving Smith appeared before the Board to show the Board more plans for the proposed truck freight terminal . A letter from Collins , Beatty and Krekeler , attorneys eepresenting the Donna Lackner estate and heirs, asking if the Town would accept deed to a small piece of property. A motion was made by. S-K/MK to refer the matter to thier attorney and request a quit claim deed and give the property to an adjacent land owner and have it property recorded. Motion carried. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The hearing on the application of Beulah Youngs fora Class "B " retail license' for the Country Corners Tavern was held.
