• <br /> • Town of Perry <br /> Minutes of Town Board Meeting <br /> Thursday, September 8, 2005 <br /> Perry Town Hall <br /> 1. Call to order. Chairman Pat Downing called the meeting to order at 7:40 PM. Supervisors <br /> Larry Price and Roger Kittleson, Treasurer Judy Keller, and Clerk Mary Price were <br /> present. Also in attendance: Jack Mlsna, Mary Mlsna, Ed Sutter, Ken Bartz, Linda <br /> Bluschke, Margaret Berg, Russell Berg, Gary Schultz, Gary Boley. <br /> 2. Minutes of Previous Meetings — August 9, 2005. Larry Price moved and Roger Kittleson <br /> seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the Town Board meeting held August 9, <br /> 2005 as presented. Motion carried. <br /> 3. Financial Report: <br /> a. Treasurer's Report. Treasurer Judy Keller presented the monthly report and <br /> indicated that the school levies were paid. <br /> b. Check signing options. Supervisor Larry Price explained WI statute 66.06(07) <br /> regarding check signing options available for Towns. The Board will review the <br /> options as needed. <br /> c. Pay Bills due. Roger Kittleson moved and Larry Price seconded a motion to pay <br /> the bills as reviewed and approved by the Town Board. <br /> 4. Comments by Town residents. Carol Larson requested information and Building <br /> Ordinance clarifications regarding a hoop building to be used as a greenhouse. Larry <br /> Price explained the WI real estate tax and personal property assessment rules. The <br /> Board will review Dane Co. permit requirements and the Building Ordinance scope. <br /> Ed Sutter presented the Mt. Horeb Fire District report. The annual budget will be <br /> presented at the District's annual meeting. <br /> 5. WiDOT — Daleyville report; speed boards. Clerk Mary Price presented information <br /> received from Deputy Leslie Fox. More information regarding a speed board will be <br /> requested. <br /> 6. Land Use: <br /> a. Permits — Mick Klein Kennedy, 10921 Spring Creek Rd., access. bldg. additions. <br /> Clerk Mary Price presented the application for review and approval. Larry Price <br /> moved and Roger Kittleson seconded a motion to approve building permits as <br /> presented. Motion carried. <br /> b. Jack Mlsna [V. Vogt], approx. 1500 Keller Rd., site plan, building permit, driveway <br /> permit. Mick Klein Kennedy, Land Use Committee Chair, presented the <br /> Committee's recommendation. Roger Kittleson moved and Larry Price <br /> seconded a motion to approve the application presented to rezone 2 acres to <br />
