'Minutes of Town Board meeting—September 8, 2005 <br /> • RH -1 reconfigured to exclude Steep soil and 33 acres to A-2 with a Deed <br /> Notice recorded to indicate that "no remaining Density Units", site plan, building <br /> permit and driveway construction permit. The Board reviewed information and <br /> Jack Mlsna presented a site plan reconfiguring the RH-1 portion to exclude <br /> Steep soil. Motion carried. <br /> b. Linda Nelson, 9549 Lee Valley Rd., ag. accessory bldg. Mick Klein Kennedy, Land <br /> Use Committee Chair, presented the Committee's recommendation. The <br /> Board reviewed the application and observations at the site view. Larry Price <br /> moved and Roger Kittleson seconded a motion to approve Site 1 with the <br /> setback variance, or alternately Site 2 if the setback variance is denied by Dane <br /> Co. Motion carried. <br /> c. Gerald Larson, approx. 300 Tyvand Rd., ag. accessory bldg. — alternate site. Mick <br /> Klein Kennedy, Land Use Committee Chair, reported that the Committee <br /> postponed action on this application for a second site. Clerk Mary Price <br /> presented information received from Todd Larson about a third site. Larry <br /> Price moved and Roger Kittleson seconded a motion to approve the third site to <br /> relocate the building 20 feet north of the second site and west of the woods. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> d. Kirsten Koegel and James O'Keane, approx. 500 Perry Center Rd., site plan, <br /> building permit, driveway permit. Mick Klein Kennedy, Land Use Committee <br /> Chair, the Committee's actions. The Board reviewed the site plan approved in <br /> 1998 and the proposed site plan. Larry Price moved and Roger Kittleson <br /> seconded a motion to postpone action until the Land Use Committee develops <br /> a recommendation for the Town Board. Motion carried. <br /> Roger Kittleson moved and Larry Price seconded a motion to direct the <br /> Clerk to obtain Dane Co. Land and Water Resource Dept.'s review of the soil <br /> map presented by the applicants. Motion carried. <br /> e. Sunset Ave. progress report. Clerk Mary Price reported that Sunset Avenue was <br /> sealcoated. The Board discussed the status of the road. <br /> f. Reports from Brian Bruenig, Dane Co. Zoning re: violations. Clerk Mary Price <br /> provided information received from the Dane Co. Zoning Inspector regarding a <br /> warning issued for an apartment in a barn, and will obtain the status of junk <br /> vehicles on York Valley Rd. <br /> 7. Building Ordinance enforcement- Joe Anderson, accessory building. The Board reviewed <br /> correspondence from the Dane Co. Zoning Inspector reporting that the accessory <br /> building will be moved out of the right of way and a setback variance appeal will be <br /> considered in October by the Board of Adjustment. <br /> 8. Parks and Open Space —committee appointments. Roger Kittleson moved and Larry Price <br /> seconded a motion to reappoint Phoebe Blackman to the Parks and Open Space <br /> Committee with thanks for her service. Motion carried.
