Roads, Equipment, Facilities — Reports. The Board reviewed information and status of <br /> salt and sand ratios; recycling newspapers and tires. Chairman Pat Downing will <br /> direct the Patrolman to order salt and sand — ratio = 5 parts sand and 1 part salt. <br /> 10,Dane County Towns Association report. Pat Downing distributed information received. <br /> 11.Population and other demographic estimates. The Board reviewed and did not challenge <br /> the demographic estimates received from WI Dept. of Administration. <br /> 12.County Equalization report. The Board reviewed the report received from the WI Dept. of <br /> Revenue. <br /> 13.Announcements. Upcoming meetings and hearings were announced. <br /> 14.Closed and Open Sessions. Roger Kittleson moved and Larry Price seconded a motion to <br /> convene closed session to discuss negotiations of possible purchase of public <br /> property, and to confer with legal counsel concerning strategy under WI Stat. <br /> 19.85(1)(e) and 19.85(1)(g); Roll Call vote — Pat Downing, Yes; Roger Kittleson, Yes; <br /> Larry Price, Yes; Motion carried. Closed session convened at 11:02 PM. Larry Price <br /> moved and Roger Kittleson seconded a motion to reconvene to open session. Roll <br /> Call vote — Pat Downing, Yes; Roger Kittleson, Yes; Larry Price, Yes; Motion carried. <br /> Open session reconvened at 11:17 PM. <br /> 15.Adjournment.
