Quackenbush/Jones to hold in abeyance, not to exceed January Hearing <br /> to allow applicant to explore alternative plan designs. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #1922. Jones/Quackenbush to hold in abeyance, not to exceed January Hearing to <br /> allow applicant to explore alternative plan designs. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #1923. Quackenbush/Jones to hold in abeyance, until December Hearing to allow <br /> applicant to provide requested engineering data. Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #1924. Quackenbush/Harvey to grant, with condition, variance of 7 more or <br /> less feet from request left sideyard to permit garage addition to existing <br /> residence to be constructed within 3 feet of lot line. <br /> CONDITION: <br /> 1) . That rain gutters or similar method of handling water run-off be utilized <br /> so as not to adversely impact adjoining owner. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has minimal buildable area due to lot size. <br /> 2) . Residence had carport in same location. <br /> 3) . Garage is needed for vehicle protection and off-street parking. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2) .
