Variance will become mute issue upon rezone and land transfer. <br /> 2) . Applicant request variance to commence construction prior to close of <br /> 1989 building season. <br /> 3) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Ordinance. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4) . That immediate bank stabilization and erosion prevented measures be <br /> implemented. <br /> 5) . Special Exception Permit valid for and compliance within 30 days. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . This request is a duplication of Appeal #1714 granted May of 1988 and <br /> applicant failed to obtain necessary permits. <br /> 2) . Boathouse replaces existing structure in need of repair. <br /> 3) . Second level of boathouse acts as retaining structure to hold bank which <br /> rises 30 feet above water. <br /> 4) . Second level of boathouse is for storage of water craft accessories and <br /> not human habitation. <br />
