MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON October 18, 1989 <br /> The following members were present: Kruschke, Rendall, Jones, Harvey and <br /> Quackenbush. <br /> Also: Reynolds. <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m. in Rm. 2D, City-County Building by Chair <br /> Kruschke. <br /> Speakers: Supervisor R. Anders, Dane County Corporation Counsel, Cal <br /> Kornstad, County Board Chair, Richard Wagner and County Executive Richard <br /> Phelps. <br /> Discussion was held between speakers and Board of Adjustment; concerning <br /> pending litigation to which the Board is named as a party. <br /> Rendall/Quackenbush to meet with the Public Protection and Judiciary Committee <br /> on Monday, October 23, 1989 regarding: a) . Discussion of conflict of <br /> interest of the Dane County Corporation Counsel Office. b) . To request legal <br /> representation on behalf of the Board of Adjustment in pending proceedings. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> Quackenbush/Jones to recommend to Public Protection and Judiciary Committee <br /> the name of Attorney Trayton Lathrop to represent the Board of Adjustment in <br /> future proceedings. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Jones/Rendall to adjourn. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br /> Steven H.
