MINUTES: Harvey/Jones to approve minutes of July 27, 1989, 8/24/89, 9/5/89, 9/7/89 - also to amend minutes of 7/25/89, to change Item #5 of conditions from minimal extraction to mineral extraction. Motion carried - 4-0. #1823.
