Occupant of residence sold off lands for commercial development and has <br /> no objection. <br /> 2) . Commercial uses are primarily all within newly constructed buildings and <br /> not close to residence. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> Motion carried -1SCDIALks‘A- w5i;C' <br /> #1898.
