DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDME NO.8361 <br /> __________ma. <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in t Town of Med' <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and A-2 <br /> Agricultural District's the following described land: <br /> ETITION NUMBER: 8361 <br /> TO RH-2: <br /> ' ii •f the SW 9 e . - 1/4 the SE 1/4 of the SW 114,and the NE 114 of the SW 114, <br /> all in Section 34,Town of Medina,described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast comer <br /> of the SW 114 of the SE 114;thence South along the East line of said 1/4 114; 1120 feet to <br /> the North line of a Town Road;thence West along said North line,436 feet;thence N05° <br /> East,676 feet;thence N30°East,476 feet to the North line of the aforesaid SW 114 SE 114; <br /> thence east along said North line,235 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ALSO: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest comer of the SW 114 of the SE 114;thence East along the North <br /> line of said 1141/4,60 feet to the centerline of Missouri Road;thence South along said <br /> centerline,434 feet;thence N80°West,288 feet;thence N10°East, 703 feet;thence S70° <br /> East, 192 feet to the East line of the NE 114 of the SW 114; thence South along said East <br /> line,230 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 34,Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SW 114 of the SE 114;thence East along the <br /> North line of said 114 114;60 feet to the centerline of Missouri Road and the point of <br /> beginning;thence continue East along said North line, 1025 feet;thence S30°West,476 <br /> feet;thence S05°West,676 feet to the North line of a Town Road; thence West along said <br /> North line,600 feet;thence N45°West,250 feet to the East line of Missouri Road;thence <br /> North along said East line,300 feet;thence N10°East along said East line, 180 feet;thence <br /> West 33 feet to the centerline of Missouri Road;thence North along said centerline,450 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
