The plan includes the following requirements: <br /> l.. The site may only be accessed off Nesbitt Road using 1 he existing gravel driveway. No <br /> other site access may be used and material deposited it the road must be cleaned up <br /> throughout and at the end of each workday. <br /> 2. Silt sock (or approved equivalent) must be installed dc wn slope of all soil stockpiles. <br /> The silt sock must be maintained until the site is veget rted and stabilized. <br /> 3. Al) disturbed slopes 5:1 or greater must be stabilized ti-ith erosion matting. The erosion <br /> matting must be WisDOT Class II,Type B or better. <br /> 4. The proposed building addition results in a zero incre se of impervious surface. No new <br /> impervious surface(including gravel parking areas)m,iy be added to the site under this <br /> perrriit. Any addition of impervious surfaces will rcgt ire a detailed stonnwater <br /> management plan. <br /> 5. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the p an. No material storage, vehicle <br /> traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as indisturbed on the plan. In the <br /> event any of these areas are disturbed, additional eras:on control measures will be <br /> required. <br /> 6. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is planned to begin ;;eptember 8, 2008. <br /> .
