The construction site must follow the plan according to the sch.,dulc approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilizat ion date included in the plan <br /> (October 5, 2008) and may be amended prior to permit exp iration only. This review is for <br /> the erosion control and stormwater management requirements )f. Chapter. 14, Dane County Code <br /> of Ordinances only and other approvals may be necessary. Th applicant must obtain a permit <br /> card from the Land Conservation counter and display it of the site prior to disturbing <br /> ground.
