222 August 5 , 1998 MEDINA TOWN BOARD MEETING <br /> The Medina Town Board was called to order at 7 : 00 pm. by the Chair- <br /> man . ?resent were the Chairman, Supervisors & Clerk . The Treasurer <br /> arrived at 7 : 04 pm. Other in attendece were Mr. & Mrs . Bob Salov, <br /> Jim Tesmer, J Marvan, Dennis Johnson, Eric Stensas , Charles & Anna <br /> "-'.aenner, Dan Affelot , Ed Kaplanek . Agnes Hariess , Tim Kersten, Roland <br /> Hellenbra , Frank & Shirley Gietzel ,Steven Schultz & Larry Albret . <br /> Verification was made that that proper posting had been done . <br /> A motion was made by Louis Klecker, 2nd by Russ Dahl to approve the <br /> monthly minutes . Carried . A motion was made by Russ Dahl , 2nd by �� <br /> Louis Klecker to approve the monthly vouchers . Carried . The Treas- <br /> urers report was given with income reported at $191,757 .58 . <br /> The Sherman Culvert was discussed, as was purchasing a new truck & <br /> what was to be done with the mower . <br /> We have heard that the DOT is looking into building a new road on <br /> Berlin Road at the cost of $450 ,000 . <br /> Wings over Wisconsin and Ted Vail have still not come to an agreement . <br /> A motion was made by Ron Jacobson, 2nd by Louis Klecker to table <br /> • <br /> Ted Vail Petition # 7176, withrindtructions that the realoter call <br /> Chairman Jacobson . Carried . <br /> • <br /> Richard Wallen Petition #7289 _-CUP 1512 . We do not understand why <br /> the County did not Deny these fro as we had at the July meeting. <br /> A motion was made by Ron Jacobson, 2nd by Louis Klecker to table the <br /> current proposals until we hale further discussion with the County & <br /> the Sanitary District . Carried. <br /> : ::3 Petition # 7281 by Agnes Harless to changethe zoning from A-i Ex <br /> Agriculture to RH-1 & RH-2 on property located North of 5802 Cherry <br /> Lane , to create a residential parcel for a family member & create par- <br /> OD-, col for a new farm owner . A motion was made by Louis Klecker, 2nd <br /> by acnaid Jacobson to approve Petition # 7281 contingent upon a filed <br /> deed Restriction stateing that no further residentail development will _ <br /> 0 he allowed on W1, NW% Section 12 after Petition #7281 . Carried . <br /> (L) _ Larry Albrecht was dismissed at 8 : 10 pm. _ <br /> Rolland Hellenbrand appeared before the board with his proposal for <br /> lots on his property . He was reminded about the Deed Restriction that <br /> was put on his property in 1986 that he was to have the old house <br /> torn down when it was no longer occupied by Mr . & Mrs . Schroeder . <br /> Be said he did not remember this , and was shown copies from the <br /> minutes of March 5 & May 7 , 1986 . A motion was made by Russell <br /> Dahl , 2nd by Louis Klecker to table any action on the Heil enbrand <br /> property until the September meeting. Carried . <br /> Petition # 7297 by Ronald Jacobson,& Leola Foti to amend the deed <br /> restriction imposed by Rezone Pet #5390 . -(k motion was made by Russ <br /> Dahl , 2nd by Louis Klecker to approve Petition # 7297 contingent upon <br /> a filed deed restriction stateing that no further residential <br /> development will be allowed on parcelsl8-0812-141+-9171-2 & 18-0812- <br /> 231-8640-0 . Carried . Roll call taken Dahl , yes , Klecker, yes, <br /> Jacobson, abstain . <br />
