September 2, 1998 MEDINA TOWN BOARD MEETING <br /> The Medina Town Baord Meeting was called to order by the chairman at 7 : 06 <br /> .m . ?resent were the Chairman, Supervisors Dahl & _Kiecker & the Clerk . <br /> Also in attendence were Vernon & Dolores Mandt, Elmer Pooch, ?Michael <br /> =tong, Roger Hovey , F. Harris , Jim Tesmer, Rick Wallen, Rolland Hellenbran: <br /> Brent & Regina Mosher, Dennis Johnson, Myron & Bonnie Simpson, ranc'�� <br /> Shirley Geitzel , Robert Stuntebeck, Everett Seitz, Larry Albrecht & Dtidre <br /> Garton . <br /> Verification was made that proper posting had been done . CO <br /> A motion was made by Louis Kiecker, 2nd by Russ Dahl to approve the <br /> previous monthly minutes . Carried . The Treasurer arrived at 7 : 13 p .m. <br /> Patrolman Albrecht informed the board that we need a new air Compressor . <br /> ? e was told to look around for one , and to get a price from Heller_brands <br /> in Marshall . <br /> A motion was made by Louis Kiecker, 2nd by Russ Dahl to approve the monthly <br /> vouchers . The Treasurers report was given with income reported at $53 , 835 . 2• <br /> The village would like the wording* changed on the Housing agreement for the <br /> Fire Department . <br /> The EMS is looking into building on or building a new building. <br /> Roger from Waste Management appeared before the Board informing us that <br /> his company would be our waste & recycling company. He also informed us <br /> that no changes would be made from the old company. <br /> Deidre Garton spoke of her ideas of what she will do if elected for <br /> District Attorney . <br /> Myron Simpson appeared before the board stateing his wish to divide his <br /> property . The board will look into it . <br /> D . C . Zoning Ordinance #7283 (Mosher) A motion was made by Russ Dahl , 2nd <br /> by Louis Klecker to approve Ord Amend #7283 . Since the County made the <br /> stipulation -of the wrong Deed Restriction the Moshers have filed on their <br /> own the correct Deed restriction and brought documentation of them doing <br /> so to the board . Carried . <br /> D . C . Zoning Ordinance #7292 (Knipfer . A motion was made by Louis Kiecker, <br /> 2nd by Russ Dahl to approve Ordinance Amend # 7292 . CCarried . <br /> Dennias Johnson from WOW informed us he had heard that there will be another <br /> meeting concerning Berlin Road on Sent 21 ,22 ,or 23, as of yet the <br /> Township has not been notified . <br /> T,arry Albrecht was dismissed at 8 : 05 pm . <br /> A. motion was made by Ron Jacobson, 2nd by Louis Klecker to rescind the <br /> Action taken on May 6 , 1998 on Petition # 7176(Ted Vail ) . Carried . <br /> A motion was made by Ronald Jacobson, 2nd by Louis Kiecker to approve <br /> ?et # 7176 for Ted Vail contingent upon a signed letter from WOW & Ted Vail <br /> that they have an agreement . Carried . <br /> Jim Tesmer appeared before the board on behalf of Rick -,Tallen with a new <br /> plan . Our main concern is that you are now creating 3 sellable lots & the <br /> mobile home may he a problem. A deed restriction put on would mean that <br />
