ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3691 - <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 & RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> PET 3691: <br /> Part of the SW SW Section 16, and E 1/2 NE Section 17, Town of Cross Plains <br /> described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said <br /> Section 16; thence N 00° 02' 30" West, 1316.08 feet along the West line of <br /> said SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence S 89° 39' 44" East, 352.08 feet along the North <br /> line of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence S 89° 39' 44" <br /> East, 591.33 feet along the North line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 to a point in the <br /> centerline of Observatory Road; thence S 38° 40' 50" East, 100.00 feet along <br /> the centerline of Observatory Road; thence S 09° 46' 15" West, 145.94 feet; <br /> thence S 62° 34' 42" West, 242.08 feet; thence S 65° 09' 18" West, 134.61 <br /> feet; thence S 88° 03 ' 30" West, 153.42 feet; thence S 63° 05' 55" West, <br /> 121.50 feet; thence N 03° 49' 31" West, 454.60 feet to the point of <br /> beginning.
