s
RECOMMENDATIONS OF VERMONT TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION AT MEETING ON JULY 7, 1986
1. PETITION #3703 by Frank Hinze for Ole Dalby to rezone 30 acres (surveyed:.
as 23.196) in Sec. 15 from A-1 Ex. Ag. to RH-4.
ACTION: Recommend approval.
2. Memo from Bill Fleck regarding change in statute enacted April 10, 1986,
pertaining to time period for disapproval of rezone applications.
ACTION: Recommend that the Town Board adopt a resolution to utilize the extension
for disapproval of rezone applications from 10 days to 30 days.
3. Letter request from Marc Robertson to build two buildings, one 36 x 60 feet,
part of which will be used to process wool.
ACTION: No action taken as Bill Fleck indicated this would not be in conflict
with ag uses as there is no finished product involved with employees.
4. Roland Diehl-Dan FlcMeen request for tentative approval of rezoning for con-
struction of home on 64.9 acres to be purchased by Mr. McMeen.
ACTION: Recommend approval of this rezoning request to RH-1 subject to the
following conditions:
(1) That there be a deed restriction placed on the parcel pertaining
to the maintenance of the easement to the satisfaction of the Ziemers and the
Town Board.
(2) In this instance the criteria for control of erosion and run off
to be proposed in writing by the representative of the DNR be used as criteria
in lieu of specification #3 of the Driveway Ordinance.
(3) That specification #7 of the driveway ordinance be adhered to.
(4) That a special exception permit be requested from the board of
adjustment because the driveway is within 300 feet of the creek and the flood
plain. (NOTE: Recommended by Bill Fleck after a site visit because of his
concern regarding erosion and sedimentation.)
(5) The following requests by Mr. Ziemer be satisfied:
a Big rocks be removed
b Gouges and tracks from heavy equipment be repaired
c Buried piece of equipment be removed
(The buildingg inspector and Mr. Ziemer will decide when these requirements are
satisfied.)
•
